Kilton Valley and Castle, Redcar & Cleveland,
guided walk.
Meet
at Loftus leisure centre at 10am. Leaders keith
Ferry (Redcar & Cleveland BC) and Robin Daniels
(Tees Arch). This is a long walk and could take
upto 4 hours, bring a picnic. Contact Keith Ferry

Excavation in Stewart Park, Middlesbrough.
Excavation
on site of the medieval village of West Marton,
the birthplace of Capt Cook. Volunteers welcome,
pre-booking required. Leader Rachel Grahame.

Excavation at Catcote, Summerhill, Hartlepool.
Excavation
on Iron Age and Romano-British Settlement. This
is a training excavation, volunteers welcome,

History day at Flatts Lane Visitor Centre, Middlesbrough.
Presentation
on the archaeology of the Eston Hills, activities
