Hall Close, Marske

Medieval manorial complex. Site occupation originally dates back to 1304. The site survives today as a series of earthworks which include the foundations of buildings, enclosures and ponds. At the centre of the enclosure is an 'L' shaped building. The remains of the dovecote can be seen at the south end of the site.
