Micklin Hill Wood

Micklin Hill Wood

January 1977. Four enclosed fields of ridge and furrow to the north of Grange Farm. The ridge and furrow runs in the general direction of south-east to north west and is relatively straight. It is cut in places by what appear to be bell pits. The feintness of the ridge and furrow suggest that it has been ploughed in the past.
